Shipping & Processing Policy

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • During busy seasons or sales, processing may take an additional 1–2 days, but we’ll always keep you updated.


Shipping Options & Costs

  • United Kingdom: Free standard shipping

  • Europe: Free standard shipping

  • Rest of World: Free standard shipping

There are no hidden costs — shipping is always included in your order.


Delivery Times

  • United Kingdom: 5–7 business days after dispatch

  • Rest of World: 5–12business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs checks, courier delays, or public holidays.


Couriers & Services

We work with reliable courier partners such as Royal Mail and USPS. The courier used will depend on your location and the size of your order.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch.

  • You can check your order status anytime using the link provided in the confirmation email.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for:

  • Incomplete or incorrect addresses

  • Failed delivery attempts by the courier

  • Delays caused by customs or local postal services


Undeliverable or Returned Packages

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery.
